Fighting Tips For Twilight Princess (By DarkRogue110)

Good Battle Strategy: The key to a good battle strategy is knowing your opponents weakness. This is different for each enemy. Some monsters are so weak though that you don’t need any special techniques. For those that have armor or something other than that there are a few things you could do.

Front Plated Monsters: Some monsters only are shielded in the front side of their bodies. If you simply do a few sidesteps you can easily get around this and finish them off quickly. Eventually you will learn a special attack allowing you to almost instantly jump around your opponent and attack them for a decent amount of damage. This attack is also very useful for any other enemy including the Final Boss. (ß Did not want to give away the ending.)

Double Armored Knights: Later in the game you will encounter some very hard monsters that have two forms. The first form is a rather slower form but with heavy plating. A tip to beating these guys is to stay out of range, wait until they initiate an attack, then just after they swing do a jump attack to catch them off guard. If you time it right it should only take 3-4 combos to finish them off.  For the second form surprisingly it is very easy, but you have to be quick. Get into a fair distance from them, close enough so that you can do the jump around technique, then just constantly do the jump around attack and it will knock them off balance every time. If you attack quickly after you knock them off balance then you can finish them off very quickly.
